These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of mobile applications built on the Fairway Logic golf scoring platform.

Applications may be deployed by participating golf courses under course-specific branding, including scorecard and GPS applications for individual golf facilities.

By using an application built on the Fairway Logic platform, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

The Fairway Logic platform provides software tools for golfers and golf courses, including:

• Digital scorecard tracking
• GPS yardage measurements
• Handicap tracking
• League and tournament scoring
• Pace-of-play monitoring
• Member and guest round management

Applications may be branded and operated by individual golf courses while using the underlying Fairway Logic platform.

User Accounts

Some features require a member account.

Accounts may include:

• First name
• Last name
• Optional email address
• User-created PIN or login credentials

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Guest Scoring

Guest players may be included on scorecards without creating an account.

Guest names are used only for scoring and leaderboard functionality.

GPS Distance Information

Applications may use device GPS to provide distance measurements to golf course features.

GPS measurements are approximate and may vary depending on device accuracy and environmental conditions.

Users should not rely solely on GPS measurements for safety or navigation.

Pace of Play Monitoring

Applications may calculate pace-of-play estimates based on scoring activity.

Golf course administrators may view pace-of-play information for groups currently using the application on the course.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt application operation
• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software

Service Availability

Applications may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Fairway Logic does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Applications built on the Fairway Logic platform are provided “as is”.

Fairway Logic is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate GPS measurements
• Loss of scoring data
• Service interruptions
• Device compatibility issues

Changes to the Service

Fairway Logic may modify or update platform functionality at any time.

Application updates may change features, scoring systems, or technical requirements.

Termination

Access to applications may be suspended if users violate these Terms.

Golf course administrators may also manage or remove member accounts within their course system.

Privacy

Use of applications built on the Fairway Logic platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be posted where these Terms are hosted.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
